Mary came to Rochester in 1983 to begin her practice in financial strategies. Her goal was to help people better understand the importance of saving for the future and retirement.
Mary took those goals to new heights by co-founding AurorA Group LLC.
Mary has served four years on the International Association of Financial Planners (IAFP) Board of Directors. As an officer on the Small Business Council of Rochester New York, Mary was elected Vice President in 1998, President-Elect from 1999–2001, and President from 2001–2003. As a former board member of the Community Technology Assessment Advisory Board (CTAAB), Mary supported the role that small business and small business owners play in the economic development and growth of Rochester through her involvement in the Rochester Business Alliance, the CEO Roundtable, the Women's Executive Network, and the Penfield Economic Development Corporation.
In 2003, Mary was nominated for the prestigious "Athena Award," which honors the Outstanding Achievement of Women Professionals. The Women’s Council, a Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce affiliate, proudly brings the ATHENA Awards to the Greater Rochester Area each year, recognizing the success of outstanding businesswomen who excel in their profession, who are community leaders, and who mentor other women personally and professionally.

As native of New Yorker, Andrew found his way to Rochester to attend the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1974 on scholarship, and he has been a ‘Rochesterian’ ever since.
With nearly 40 years in the financial services industry—specializing in lump-sum retirement planning, wealth preservation, and estate planning— Andrew’s entire financial focus is to help his clients transform their financial goals into lifestyle achievements!
In addition to being a co-founder, Andrew holds the Chartered Mutual Fund CounselorSM (CMFC®) designation from the College of Financial Planning and is a Registered Representative and Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®, Member FINRA/SIPC, a Registered Investment Advisor.
Andrew was an active participant in the Small Business Council, CEO Roundtable, and is a respected keynote speaker. He was a member in good standing of the National Association of Independent Financial Advisors (NAIFA), National Association of Life Underwriters (NALU), and The Financial Services Institute (FSI), in addition to being a frequent guest on WHAM's Ask the Experts.

Donna has always called greater Rochester home. She brings more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry to her position with AurorA.
In addition to her administrative responsibilities, she serves as liaison between the firm's President and the AurorA clientele.
